Der Europ\u00e4ische Gerichtshof f\u00fcr Menschenrechte hat in\u00a0der Rechtssache \u00abOzdoev und Tsechoev gegen Russland\u00bb Entscheidung getroffen. Rashid Ozdoev, stellvertretender Staatsanwalt von Inguschetien, wurde vor 15\u00a0Jahren entf\u00fchrt und get\u00f6tet. Er\u00a0untersuchte die Beteiligung von FSB-Mitarbeitern am\u00a0Verschwinden von Menschen in\u00a0der Republik.<\/p>\n

Zusammen mit ihm wurde sein Freund, der Aktivist Tamerlan Tsechoev, der sich zum Zeitpunkt des Angriffs in\u00a0Ozdoevs Auto befand, entf\u00fchrt und get\u00f6tet. Das Gericht r\u00e4umte ein, dass die russischen Beh\u00f6rden keine ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfe Untersuchung des Verbrechens durchgef\u00fchrt haben und fordern die Regierung auf, den Angeh\u00f6rigen der Opfer eine Entsch\u00e4digung zu\u00a0zahlen.<\/p>\n
