Amnesty International hat in seinem Bericht \u201eSurveillance Giants\u201c, Regierungen m\u00fcssten mit Blick auf die Internetkonzerne \u201erechtsstaatliche Rahmenbedingungen schaffen, um die Grund- und Menschenrechte kommender Generationen in einer digitalen Welt zu wahren\u201c. Die \u201eGesch\u00e4ftsmodelle der unbeschr\u00e4nkten \u00dcberwachung und Datenausbeutung\u201c solcher Konzerne seien unvereinbar mit dem Recht auf Privatsph\u00e4re und informationelle Selbstbestimmung, hei\u00dft es weiter. Facebook und Google seien T\u00fcrh\u00fcter der digitalen Welt, damit gehe eine \u201ehistorisch einmalige Macht\u201c dieser Konzerne einher. Nutzer w\u00fcrden vor die Herausforderung gestellt, ihre Rechte online nur in einem System wahrnehmen zu k\u00f6nnen, das \u201er\u00e4uberisch\u201c organisiert sei. Mit ihrem Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell w\u00fcrden sie die Menschenrechte bedrohen.<\/p>\n
