Im Streit um Entsch\u00e4digung f\u00fcr die unberechtigte Unterbringung in der Psychiatrie haben sich das Justizopfer Gustl Mollath und der Freistaat Bayern g\u00fctlich geeinigt. Der Freistaat \u201ezahlt ohne Anerkennung einer Rechtspflicht\u201c einen weiteren Betrag in H\u00f6he von 600.000 Euro, wie das Landgericht M\u00fcnchen I am Dienstag mitteilte. Der Rechtsstreit sei damit beendet.<\/p>\n

Mollath ist das wohl bekannteste Justizopfer Deutschlands. Er war 2006 nach einem Prozess wegen angeblicher Gewalt gegen seine Ehefrau in die Psychiatrie eingewiesen worden – zu Unrecht, wie sich Jahre sp\u00e4ter in einem Wiederaufnahmeverfahren herausstellte. 2747 Tage – mehr als sieben Jahre – hatte er in der Psychiatrie verbracht.<\/p>\n
